Common Housing Application for Massachusetts Programs

Applying for state aided elderly, non-elderly/disabled, and family housing places applicants on a waitlist for rental units the housing authority owns. The applicant can select any or all MA housing authorities to which they want to apply, paying attention to the type of program you are applying for.  

MRVP is now part of CHAMP. Applying for a state aided rental voucher places applicants on a waitlist for a voucher that would subsidize the monthly rent.  Voucher holders must find their own rental and landlord that will agree to the terms of the program.  The voucher is for Massachusetts only.
